E-Commerce Manager

Role Description:

The Ecommerce Manager will be responsible for driving client performance across multiple online marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Q-Commerce. This role requires a strong understanding of digital advertising, campaign management, and marketplace strategy. You will lead a team of Ad Operations specialists to deliver on client KPIs, ensuring top-quality execution and optimization of marketplace advertising campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Be responsible for driving client KPIs on different marketplaces including Amazon, Flipkart, QCommerce, Pharmacy, Beauty and Fashion by working with an ad operations team
  • Finalise advertising plans with client input – mutual alignment of plans with the client based on key objectives and KPIs to be achieved
  • Provide recommendations and guide AdOps team in execution of strategies for Campaign Structuring, Targeting, Creatives, Betas and other facets of advertising in accordance with client goals for Marketplaces.
  • Drive use of automation and tech for reporting with the AdOps team
  • Build, watch and maintain the digital advertising budget and track success metrics
  • Oversee all regular (and ad hoc) analysis of digital activity required to be sent to the client
  • Oversee quality and depth of insights being provided by the AdOps team
  • Understanding client brief holistically to identify gaps/opportunities forscaling client revenue, or building efficiencies on current campaigns
  • Review performance being delivered on all client accounts through regular scrums with the team
  • Understand and stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape as relevant to assigned clients
  • Be responsible for Team Growth and planning personal development programs for subordinates.
  • Be accountable for Quality and timely deliverables for clients’ requests by the AdOps team
  • Work with Business Teams to drive New Business pitches including preparation and presentation of audits, planning and strategic recommendations
Required Qualifications:
  • Are any Graduate 3+ years of experience years of relevant work experience in managing and running Amazon Ads through self-serve platforms
  • Additionally have experience of running self-serve campaigns and/or display campaigns on other marketplace platforms
  • Have hands on experience of using tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout. Experience of using other marketplace tools will be beneficial, but not necessary.
  • Have 1+ years of people management experience.

Graphic Designer

Role Description:

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy Graphic Designer with 3+ years of professional experience. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing for web, digital, and paid platforms, possess advanced skills in modern design tools, and be comfortable working across multiple teams,Ecommerce Marketplaces (Amazon, Noon, Flipkart) including Social Media, Web Development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design creative and engaging visuals for websites, social media posts, advertisements, banners, and other digital assets.
  • Work closely with the web team on UI/UX layouts and prototypes using Figma and similar tools.
  • Edit and produce high-quality videos, animations, and motion graphics using After Effects, Premiere Pro, and other editing software.
  • Create brand-consistent templates and design systems for ongoing campaigns.
  • Adapt graphics for various digital platforms and paid ad formats while maintaining design integrity.
  • Create and edit engaging videos, reels, and animations for multi-platform distribution.
  • Typography, Color theory, and Brand consistency knowledge are a must.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure all creatives align with SEO and digital marketing strategies.
  • Stay updated with design trends, emerging tools, and creative best practices.
  • Manage multiple projects efficiently, meeting quality standards and deadlines.
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years of professional design experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing web, social media, and video/multimedia design work is mandatory for application shortlisting.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities.
Preferred Skills:
  • Certifications in Adobe Creative Suite, UI/UX Design, Motion Graphics, or similar fields.
  • Adobe Suite, Figma, Canva, and CorelDRAW.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS basics for web collaboration.
  • Experience with 3D design tools (e.g., Blender, Cinema 4D).
  • Understanding of typography, color psychology, and visual branding.
  • Advanced skills in video editing, transitions, and sound syncing.
  • Knowledge of SEO-friendly design and a strong understanding of visual storytelling will be a big plus.
